How to get started
From the first contact to the first order – with personal support.
Sign-up
You sign up via the pilot form or by e-mail. We call you back and briefly clarify your wishes – without obligation.
Capture the menu
You send us your menu (a photo or PDF is enough). We enter the dishes, prices and notes; you check and approve.
QR code
You receive your QR code and printable table cards for table, counter, shop window and flyers – plus your link for Google and Instagram.
First orders
A test order together, then live. Orders arrive by e-mail and via the LieferCH panel. You prepare – pickup or delivery by your restaurant.
Order and pay at the table – via QR code
Your guests order from their seat – without an app, without an account and without waiting for the staff. They can pay without getting up.
Scan the table QR
A numbered table card stands on every table. The guest scans the QR code and sees your menu – the table number is already filled in.
Order straight to the table
Choose dishes and send. Name, phone or address are not needed. Orders can be placed during your kitchen hours.
Order with table number
The order arrives by e-mail and in your restaurant panel – clearly marked «Table N». You prepare and serve at the table.
Pay without getting up
If you have stored your own payment link in the panel under «Zahlung» (payment) (e.g. TWINT), the guest can pay online directly after ordering. Otherwise they pay as usual at the counter or at the table.
The money goes directly to you
The guest pays via your own payment link (TWINT, SumUp, Stripe or Payrexx) directly to you. LieferCH does not accept or forward any money. You check incoming payments in your TWINT or payment app – the order number serves as the reference.
Numbered table cards free of charge
We create numbered table cards with QR code for you free of charge – one per table, as a print-ready A4 PDF.
Good to know
We set up the menu, table mode and your order e-mail for you. Online payment is only possible with your own payment link; there is no automatic payment confirmation. Without a link, guests pay on site.
Your own QR code
Every partner restaurant receives its own QR code leading directly to its menu page – printable as a table card. Table QR ordering: first month free. Terms thereafter on request.

Honestly: not yet included
- No couriers: LieferCH does not deliver – your restaurant does that itself (or pickup).
- Online payment via LieferCH: does not exist. At the table, guests can pay via your own payment link if you wish (see above); for pickup and delivery, payment is made at your place.
- No order guarantee: LieferCH is new; we do not promise any order numbers.
- Editing the menu yourself: partner area in preparation – until then we make changes for you.
- No rating system and no purchased reviews.
Digital printing & restaurant decoration
We create advertising and menu updates for you – with our system. In addition, we take care of all digital printing work and the decoration of your venue – at fair prices. Prices on request.

What does the pilot cost?

Who creates the advertising and maintains the menu?
We create advertising and menu updates for you – with our system. You simply tell us about changes. For example new dishes, price changes, photos as well as images for social media and advertising.
Do I have to continue after the pilot?
No. After the pilot, you decide. If you do not continue, we take your menu page offline.
Does LieferCH provide couriers or drivers?
No. With LieferCH, the restaurant always delivers itself – or the guests pick up. You set the delivery area, minimum order value and delivery fee. Tips in the guide Organising your own delivery (DE).
How do the orders reach me?
By e-mail and via the LieferCH panel, fully written out with dishes, quantity, pickup/delivery and the guest’s contact details. You do not need an additional tablet.
How do guests pay?
Directly to you – on pickup or delivery, with the payment methods you offer. Online payment via LieferCH is in preparation and not yet available.
How many orders will I get?
We cannot promise that. LieferCH is new and not yet widely known. It helps most if you actively use your QR code and link with your guests, in your Google profile and on social media. We will help you with that.
What do I need to get started?
Your current menu (a photo or PDF is enough), opening hours, your rules for pickup/delivery and an e-mail address for orders.
Who maintains the menu?
During the pilot we enter your menu for you. You send us changes (prices, sold-out dishes) by e-mail or WhatsApp and we adjust them. A partner area for editing yourself is in preparation.
Are there already other restaurants on LieferCH?
Not yet. You would be one of the first pilot partners. We say this openly because we do not show invented partner lists.
Is LieferCH only in Aargau?
We are starting in Suhr and in Aargau, but the pilot is open to restaurants throughout Switzerland.
What happens to my guests’ data?
Orders go directly from guest to restaurant. Details on data processing can be found in the privacy policy.
