Status of the website

LieferCH is in pilot operation. LieferCH currently does not process any payments and does not hold any customer funds; payment is made directly to the restaurant (on site, on pickup, on delivery or via the restaurant’s own payment provider). Online payment via a regulated payment provider is in preparation. During the pilot, deliveries are made by the restaurant; LieferCH does not provide its own couriers (alternatively pickup).

Role of LieferCH

LieferCH is an intermediary platform. The sellers of the food and drinks are the respective partner restaurants. They are responsible for food, allergen information, hygiene, prices and the preparation and handover or delivery. Details can be found in the terms of use (AGB).

This website (https://lieferch.ch) is hosted via the Cloudflare Pages service and delivered via the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The domain lieferch.ch is registered with Hostpoint AG (Rapperswil-Jona, Switzerland). Details can be found in the privacy policy.
